This giveaway/promotion is open to legal residents of Illinois who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Shammas Law Office, LLC and members of their immediate household are not eligible to participate.
Simply follow the directions on the post, and your name will be entered into a database for random selection. In the event two or more people share the same name, Shammas Law Office will contact each person before the deadline to get another detail, such as a middle name or email address to avoid confusion.
Only one entry per person. For example, if the post goes live on both Facebook and Instagram, replying to both posts does not get your name on the list twice.
The deadline to enter is 48 hours after the post goes live.
One (1) winner will be selected at random. The selection will be conducted using a randomizer program. By responding to the post you agree to this method of random selection.
The winner will be notified within 1 week after the entry deadline. The notification will be made by messaging the person directly, using the same platform as the response was made. For example, if your response was by Facebook, you will be notified via messaging on Facebook.
The winner must respond and provide information to facilitate the giveaway within [48] hours of receiving the message. If there is no response within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected at random.
The winner consents to the use of their name as it appears on their public profile when the announcement is made about the winner.
